A couple of our buddies flew down from Kentucky to Gulf Shores. They drove to Knoxville from Hinkle, KY and few from Knoxville to Gulf Shores for $40 each. There is no way you can drive down here for anything like that so it certainly seems like a good deal, especially you you have a buddy like me who is going to let you take my truck for a few days... Their condo over in OB was rented Saturday, so they stayed with us Saturday night and of course Boho and I cooked for them. They are coming down for a little R&R and to do a little home maintenance before their next slew of renters shows up. We took good care of them. They are very close travel buddies of ours. We are all headed to their place in eastern Kentucky for a week long motorcycle ride in September and the 4 of us are going to Hawaii together in March. Does GS always have so much driftwood? Looking back, I'm not sure I ever went down there. We always went to FWB or somewhere near there.

Does GS always have so much driftwood? Looking back, I'm not sure I ever went down there. We always went to FWB or somewhere near there. All beaches do. Beaches within the city limits have crews that clean the beach or the condos keep it cleaned up. I’m betting the picture was taken in Fort Morgan. Irish how did they get a flight into Gulf Shores airport? I didn’t know they did any kind of commercial flights there. Are they in some type of cost share? Never mind I looked at the website and they definitely do commercial. I had no idea

Our best bet is Allegiant out of Huntsville to Gulf Shores for about $40 one way. Huntsville airport is about an hour and a half from the mountain house.

Just get an uber from the airport to your beach house. How much time does it save? This would be the deciding factor for me since the trip would only cost you about $100 by plane. My time carries a lot of value nowadays since I can see the end of it a little closer 😂
