Did you see where Valley Creek Timber sold 1600 acres for the Bessemer data center for $400 million. Can that right!

Good for Valley Creek Timber if that is what they actually got for it. I'm guessing the land itself probably did not sell for that much but is part of the total larger deal for the development of the data center campus. Almost half a billion is what the entire data center completed should cost.
