Anyone have any suggestions or areas to try. Just looking for eating size and filling the cooler. Got a trip planned in a few days and was just looking for some suggestions to start

Eufaula in my opinion has more catfish than anywhere I fish. Your gonna catch catfish anywhere theres at least 5 ft of water.

Go up in any creek you want (one of the big creeks like Barbour, Cheneyhatchee, etc.). I like to go back in these creeks AWAY from the main lake. Find a creek channel with a hard bend in it, and park it right there. I'll fish the outside of the channel bend. I like water 15-25 ft. deep in this hot weather. I use punch bait from Academy and catch plenty of "eatin size". Just my experience.
