No disrespect to MS, but don't rule out Dauphin Island for a completely different AL beach experience.

If you end up going, drive to Pascagoula to Edd’s Drive in and get a chili cheeseburger and milkshake
I grew up in Ocean Springs and my parents and Sister still live down there. The beaches are not your typical beach with clear water. We just used them for fishing, 😂 Growing up in Ocean Springs, do you know the Deschers? Jeff was a fraternity brother of mine.

No disrespect to MS, but don't rule out Dauphin Island for a completely different AL beach experience. Dauphin Island and/or Fort Morgan. Both nice water and nice beaches. Lots of history too.
