I'm going to do it whenever my lead acid batteries give up the ghost in a few years. My parents have one battery bad. It won’t run very long. And I know you are supposed to replace all when you do it. I just don’t want there cart to catch a flame. But it’s half the cost off Amazon vs the local battery shop
Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
My phone screen does not always work right, usually a lot of misspelled words....

Longer battery life, reduced weight, increased acceleration and speed. You'll wish you had done it sooner

Is there certain ones you got to buy or just get a 48volt at the size you want and put in. Is installing anything weird or need someone else to do?

I'm going to do it whenever my lead acid batteries give up the ghost in a few years. Mine are starting to go downhill now...I'll be going lithium by next year myself. A buddy of mine used a VEVOR set up and is happy with it.

A dude in my neighborhood was parked in front of my driveway in his golf cart when I drive in from work last week. He said his cart suddenly died, the wheels locked up nearly throwing his young daughter through the windshield. He had just converted to lithium using some guy in Pelham who advertised those services.
After calling the guy who converted it, the guy told him a story that the battery meters in those conversions don’t work and if you are driving around when the batteries run out all the wheels lock. I told him they would have been a nice piece of information to know before he took your money.
I had to run extension cords out to his cart to get it enough charge where he could get home. I don’t know the brand of battery, but looking at it, it was not a name brand Japanese battery.
Seems like he got scammed by some Amazon style battery and jackleg shadetree guy to me.

I have been running RoyPow 110 AH for about 5 yrs. Still going strong and the charge meter is very accurate.
