After kickin' some ass in the Gulf Shores Rec Center Gym, we were both starving so we headed over to the Duck's Diner for breakfast. I went all in and got the country fried steak for breakfast. ![[Linked Image from live.staticflickr.com]](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/55258611896_4c5fe54b31_4k.jpg) We stopped by Rouses and they had fresh Gulf Yellowfin tuna for $9 a pound so we snatched us up some of that. A little lemon pepper on them, a quick sear on the kamado and a little teriyaki glaze and we were in business. Boho made us some Asian slaw and some rice to go with it. The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...
