(And I use the term "intelligent" very loosely.) Because it would contradict pretty much the first two chapters of Genesis. Galileo was arrested by the Catholic Church for advocating heliocentrism. That crazy idea that the Earth revolved around the Sun and that the Sun was at the center of the solar system and that the solar system revolved with other stars around the center of the Milky Way. That was just about 400 years ago. A bunch of Egyptians, Chinese, Persians, Indians, random African groups, Native American groups, and others, figured that out and accepted it well over 12,000 years ago.

I saw a pastor I follow on line, talking about aliens the other day and referenced Ephesians 2:2, where Satan is called “the prince of power of the air”. He made a really compelling argument about the lights, ufo, and other phenomenon people see in the sky as being demons. Basically preparing people’s minds for believing deceptions as prophesied in 2 Thessalonians 2:11. It’s way too long and much to type and make the case here, but I encourage you to try and find his video. Whether he’s right or not, I was really interesting. This is interesting. I wonder why the demons would be giving off light. And I wonder why he didn’t say they were angels? Are there other accounts in the Bible of demons giving off light? Or just angels? Never thought of this before. Can you post a link to his sermon? I can’t get the whole sermon video to pull up now but was able to find a clip from it where he was talking about it. I saw a FB comment the other day where a guy seemed to be dead serious when he proclaimed that the sun isn’t even real anymore, the government replaced it with a giant LED.
It pains me that people like that can vote.

People in general have never been more gullible than they are right now, despite having more information than they ever have. It's weird........I feel like we (the general public, as a whole) are simultaneously more gullible than ever, AND more skeptical than ever (because of AI). I know those 2 things sound mutually exclusive, but somehow we've gotten there I totally understand that. I think in some part it is because lots of folks want something to believe in because they don't know what to do if they don't have a "side" to take so to speak. But, I am in the skeptic category with lots of things now. Heck, I know what I read that is posted as supposed news, and locally, if there is an article about a vehicle accident, then I tend to believe that, but there are so many other things I just read and consider it as a "maybe" with regard to being truthful.

Can you post a link to his sermon? 2 Corinthians 11:14-15 English Standard Version 14 And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. 15 So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds. It would seem that those verses in context aren’t talking about physical light. Paul was comparing Satan and demons to false prophets if you read the entire chapter. But that’s what it SEEMS in context. Sometimes things aren’t what they seem too
