What's everyone's opinion about what will happen with DJT's 8 pm deadline closing in tonight? When you make statements like "A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again,", you better be ready to back it up or you become known as a paper tiger. I was always taught not to let my mouth write checks that my tail was not willing to cash. So.....does Iran cave or do they call him on it? If they call him on it, do we make good on the threat or come up with an excuse not to carry through with it? I personally think that Iran will be defiant just because they are that stupid and crazy. I think that if they do that we will either come up with an excuse to not follow through like, "We are having very constructive talks" or we will hit a few sites with some bombs but not to the degree we said we would. I could be totally wrong on this and it won't hurt my feelings one way or the other if I am. I'm wrong about a lot of things, just ask my wife.

The purpose of the military is to kill people and break things it's why God invented the Marines. I want to see not Iran but that place that used to be Iran glowing radioactive from space. I'd just go ahead blow up all the non-nuclear stuff tonight, or at least the powerplants in the areas feeding their weapons development and manufacturing facilities/locations and then tell them, "I told you what I was going to do. You said you need more time and want two weeks, open up the strait by daylight tomorrow morning and I'll give you the two weeks. I dont play around and if the strait is not opened, or you fail to sign off on the peace deal in two weeks, I'll blow all the rest of it up in 48 hrs."

The real problem is what is the alternative there? Do we think they will form a democracy? Look how far we have moved away from anything remotely democratic in 250 years. Some other muslim will go in there, just like Mandami did NY, and make it a complete poop hole in short order. Just look at what the Taliban has done.
Muslims will never live at peace with Christians. We are already in trouble here. And if we need to be rebuilding there, we are selling their oil to pay the tab, plus a nice GC fee.
