I'm going to be in the market for a new pair soon. I've been wearing the Danner snake boots but wanted to see what is the most comfortable. I use them for turkey hunting only, so want something comfortable to wear. I hate blisters on my heals due to bad boots.

Probably the most comfortable boots I’ve had. I hated to buy foreign made boots, but quite honestly, I may buy a second pair to put in the closet for when this pair gives it up. They are that comfortable.

Twisted x , love mine. My next pair will be the zip up mossy oak ones. Got the all leather pull ones now. They were a little tough to get on and off at first but the first day I wore them I put a mile on them up and down hills etc and my feet felt fine in them

I wear Irish Setters. Very comfortable. I treat them at the beginning of the season and they stay waterproof all season.

Chippewa if you want a pair that will last.
Outside of a rubber type snake boot, there’s no such thing as a long term waterproof snake boot.
I’m a land surveyor/hunter and spend half the year in Chippewas at some point in the day.
It’s really easy for a boot to last when you only wear it 20-30 days a year.

I got a pair at the nwrf convention in Feb. I was looking for some. Found some from a place that sells to coon hunters. Last 2 years I was wearing a pair that said was snake proof but I really wouldn't trust them, so I got these.
if i hadnt taken up hunting i might have became a juvenile delinquent or worst taken up GOLF

I love mine and I have a pair of Russell moccasin boots. Hiking boots are much more comfortable and I’m not taking a chance of getting hit by a snake.

Danner Sharptails are what I wear not and on season 3 or 4 of dry feet. I had Chippewa's before and they were great but for some unknown reason on season 3 when they were well broken in, they started rubbing blisters. The Chippewa's are great boots but hard to wear when they rub blisters. It was almost like the stitching up the back of the heel was the cause but I couldn't find anything that would eliminate it from rubbing a blister. That being said I only tried 1 or 2 things before I got new boots.
