Im on week 3 post op from a torn labrum, cleaning up rotator cuff, and bone spurs. First few days suck. Therapy is rough but manageable. Save some pain meds to take before your first few trips to therapy. I had my left done and im left handed. It does suck having to learn to do most everything with your other hand. Dr Rothermich at Andrews did mine and says I should make a full recovery and regain normal use. As it sits they expect me to return to work at the 4-5 month mark as long as there arent any setbacks. A lot of this is due to the fact we don't have light duty at work. We can only return when fully released
