I was given a crossbow that looks like it's never been shot. He told me the strings are jumping off. He's had them replaced with the same issue. This thing looks brand new.
I don't think he's ever hunted with it. Does anybody own one and have the same issue. I've tried to look up any issues they are having and can't find any information on it.
I'm gonna take it to a bow shop and see if they can figure it out.
Thanks for any info if anybody has any.

X 2 on sending it to Ten Point sounds like a cam lean/timing issue very few bow shops will tackle this issue

It also could have a weak split limb causing the cam lean. 10pt will fix or replace what is wrong

It was given to me by a good friend of mine and he wasn't sure if he registered it. I'm thinking they will not want to fix the issue. I'm suppose to take it to a bow shop tomorrow to get them to look at it. It's been hunted with about 4 times. One small scratch and has set in a bow case for most of its life.

He's checking it out and will let me know next week sometime. He says no warranty because it's not transferrable so I'll have to pay out of pocket for any cost. He said if the cams are warped, anywhere from 500-800 dollars. Thats gonna hurt for sure. It's too nice of a crossbow to just junk so I might fix it and sell it cause I would be a little leery bout it happening again. He told me it's a $2300 bow once I get it fixed. Decisions, Decisions.. LOL

Does it have a range finding scope? If it doesn’t I think he’s a little off on the 2300. I bought mine for 1300 off midway
