We ustah eatem regular, bout like a rabbit eatin wise..they are mighty fine eatin in my oppinion. Daddy cooked one on the grill when i was about 12 with some squirrels an rabbits we had left over from the winter…little bit of sweet baby rays on them thangs and them was alright

I use to like to get them in the early fall after they been eating apples and pears, just not the old ones, the meat gets a little tough.

Ya'll musta been hungry lol. Boys on the farm up here grilled a nutria one day and ate it a couple years ago, I ate my PBJ smile. I give both a pass
