It’s the remnants of the cofferdam and soffit support. They were sacrificial by design. The square concrete piles in the background are driven piles that provide all the support for the pile cap. The sacrificial soffit only formed the pile cap. Nothing wrong with that foundation other than it’s a waterline footing and should stay below the waterline. The exposure to air caused it to rust.


not sure what the best way to handle them is but they shouldnt be on tv and gettn married and raisin kids
