Anyone tried this and love it? It’s a Worcestershire sauce with other ingredients It’s funky and weird. I use it sparingly cause it’s pretty strong I’d ordered a case of it a year ago and it’s gonna take some time to use it all 😝 ![[Linked Image from i.postimg.cc]](https://i.postimg.cc/76V9g4Bd/IMG-9865.jpg)

It is definitely funky, but I keep a bottle on hand.

Expand on “funky”. Olive, balsamic vinegar, sardine, horseradish funky? 😝😝 And how did yall decide “yeah that’s good stuff”, I need a case! 🤣🤣 I might need a bottle cause I like all the above! Lol

Hard to describe the funkiness. Kind of the across the board with the flavor
A case wasn’t but 6 bottles and wasn’t too bad, may have been the only one auto buy it 🤷♂️. I watched an infomercial online and it looked really good and different. I’ve been trying to recreate the Cajun BBQ shrimp I had at The Grand. They were top shelf and had that funkiness to it best I could recall. A little goes a long way. I can’t recreate that flavor but it stuck with me.

Gonna have to try this sauce. Looks like I can buy it at ace hardware.

The Ace in Harvest does have it, as well as Publix. Definitely has an anchovie/garlic wang to it. I used it as a binder on a prime rib last year and it was really good. Add a little to dipping sauces to wake them up a little.

I made the mistake the first few times by using too much of it.

That was the mistake I made the first time used it. It’s not a Dales sauce lol It’s very pungent when used in excess

I prefer it to standard Worcestershire as a component in marinades. As stated, it is very strong so be careful in dishes like shrimp and grits where the flavor can be overpowering. Grocery didn’t have any last time so I ended up with 2 step version, but I haven’t tried it yet.

I love it, much stronger flavor then L&P's. You can get it at Publix.
