Yes, unfortunately too many big R Republicans are much too cozy with companies that thrash our globe. And too many Environmentalists are looney Democrats such as Greta Thurnberg, y'all know who I'm talking about even if I don't know how to spell her name. As soon as you hear environment talk too many Conservatives tune out because of the rampant whackos. The middle ground would be good for everyone.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Imho and experiences ADEM is worthless. They only provide the facade of protecting the public. If you want to protect your local natural resources, you better be active in making your voice heard. Even then, Adem like a lot of montgomery, is swayed by lobbyist interests, and as stated above don't follow their own laws.

Conservatives need to pull their freaking heads outta the sand and outta their butts and start holding businesses accountable for the environment. Being a conservative and a conservationist are the same thing to me.
I am not here to watch Adem or any other lame duck agency, rubber stamp permits, plans, etc., for businesses to dump and pollute, make millions of dollars, destroy the environment, then declare bankruptcy when suits are brought against them, meanwhile the taxpayer is left to foot the bill for cleaning up environmental disasters over and over again.

Signed. I wish they could stop all of it from Tyson, along with anyone else there may be dumping crap in there. I work on the warrior. I own a marine construction business and am in that water as much or more than anyone else. Next they need to stop all the crap that flows in from valley and village creeks. Could be one of the prettiest rivers in Alabama, but with the basketballs, thunderbird bottles, grape drank bottles, and everything else that comes from bessma and bham, it looks like a floating dump site in a lot of places.
This is Aldeer! The place people come to vent their frustrations and completely change their stance a few minutes later...

ADEM an TDEC /tn bunch is a joke. I’ve dealt with both over the years in the logging business about water quality issues . Neither is really looking out for our environment just looking to self serve themselves up the latter. Talk big and scary but do nothing . Nobody around here ever fined. I care more about our forest an environment more than any them because I use the lakes and forest . I’m the biggest tree hugger around but I work in the logging business. I managed god forest not destroy it like some . I just people quit releasing these helium balloons . I find them everywhere in the woods . Rant over

I worked in industrial water treatment for 20 years. ADEM isn't keeping us safe.
