Hunting a ladder stand in hardwood bottom that’s not been hunted in years. Wind was supposed to be right but it’s variable. May not see a thing but it’s nice looking at new scenery. Killed my 1st deer on this day back in 1984. A spike with little 4” spikes. Open sight Marlin 30-30 in Elmore county up close to real island marina. I’ll shoot a doe today if given the chance. I’ve killed a lot of deer on 12/26 over the years.
