I remember growing up, my aunt went to a church that always had to go above and beyond when it came to holiday programs. One Easter, they did a program and had pyrotechnics when the stone was rolled away from Jesus’ tomb. It was really cool…until it set the church on fire. Luckily it was got under control pretty quickly.

I can promise you this. That church congregation kept on singing. Eventually they all got to their feet, hands waving in the air and singing the entire time they were being worked on.
I know. I've worked emergency calls in those churches and if the holy spirit was gonna save them, they'd sing it into reality.
Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.

" BASHING, really? Worshiping God has nothing to to do with entertainment but glorifying him. Pointing out that so many people want to be entertained while that attend a service rather than be there for the lord. I can assure you the expense of that production and the possible lawsuit wasn't doing God's work. I guess you and I see things differently.
