Just a fyi and heads up,...I went to Publix at lunch today and inquired to the guy behind the meat counter when the "big" rib roast sale would be,...he went to the back to ask the manager and came back and said they would be going on sale Wednesday 12/17/2025 but did not know the pricing yet. I figured that yall would want to know.

They had them right before Thanksgiving for $10.99 pound.

Right before Thanksgiving, Publix had the NY Strip Loin and Rib Roasts at $10.99 a pound.
According to the weekley ad, the NY Strip Loin is going on sale for $7.99 a pound starting on Dec 10.
I believe this is a good sign that the rib roast will go on sale for $7.99 also.
But if you want NY Strips, they will be Dec 10-16

The butcher i know there told me he thought it was going to be 8.99 a lb. That was last week he told me that.

I went and got them to cut me an 11 lb NY skrip roast cut in to 3/4 to 1 inch steaks and will pick it up on the way home tonight....yassir!
