The reason it is so hard to find someone to track on Skyline is because the rules say the dog must be leashed. Would be better off looking for a tracker from the TN side that is used to tracking on lead.

Places like Skyline, South Carolina swamps, and South Texas brush country are why I try to break both shoulders. Hard for them to run with no front axle.
