Decided to sit a couple hrs after the rain moved out. 1 small bucks, 2 does, and a tiny spotted fawn so far. Getting windy. They should move good this evening with that cold front coming in

Giving it a try for the first time this year. Wind is completely against me but I’ve been lucky before.
Usually take first few days off work for bow season, but just haven’t been feeling it this year. Maybe it’ll change if I see something this evening.

Ended up seeing 14. They would come out, move downwind, then take off. Only good shot I had was a die with 2 fawns that knew something wasn’t right but didn’t care enough to run. Just saw and watched.
