Romans 8:28 (NKJV) reads, "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose".
God's Sovereignty is something that I believe is a great part of His character. Romans 8:28 expresses confidence in God's power to orchestrate all events, whether good or bad, for a beneficial outcome.
I confidently believe that Charlie Kirk was one of those who loved God and was certainly called for a purpose by God. As tragic as his death was, by murder, I truly believe that God can bring good, a beneficial outcome to it.
I pray for Charlie's wife, children, family, and I also pray that God will bring about good from his death, in this country. Maybe people all over this nation will wake up spiritually, and turn back to God. May revival sweep through our nation.
If so, Charlie's death might not be in vain.

Excellent post!! I think a lot of times the problem is we don't look to see how God is working when it isn't obvious and certainly don't pray enough to see His overall purpose when its not. Even in what seems to be the worst possible situation God is with us. We sometimes have to look and pray for what He wants us to do in the situation. We won't always see the plan as there are things that God does that may be hidden from us on purpose or by the time the intent is shown we've forgotten what started it. Always tho, HE is working for good!!

The Lord has done a much better job running and leading my life than i did when i tried it. Ill just trust him with it from now own. Good bad or ugly, ill follow him. And im beliwving Romans 8:28 every step of the way

I honestly believe that God is already making good things happen because of Charlie Kirk's death. Absolutely....granted, I was 16 at the time, but this feels a little similar to the national unity/revival that we saw, at least briefly, after 9/11

I don’t know what other social media platforms you use but there’s been countless people sharing that they are going or have went to church for the first time or for the first time in years. Last I heard, tpusa has 54k+ inquiries into beginning new campus chapters.
But I’ll share how God is using this situation in my life. Over the years I’ve watched countless debates by Charlie and one thing that he always looked for was an opportunity to share the gospel. I remember as a young Christian many years ago having that same desire but raising kids, building businesses and just the cares of this life dampened that desire. Over the past fews days I have been reminded that the only hope for humanity is not political, education, eliminating poverty or any other social issue that we feel strongly about. The only answer to our problem is found in the finished work of Jesus Christ and I have repented of my lack of concern and intentionality.

the word “sovereign” is never used once in the KJV bible - it is satan who comes to steal, kill, and destroy - satan is the accuser of the brethren & he didn’t like the momentum TPUSA was gaining, he did not like that Charlie Kirk was speaking the Word & witnessing on his playground (colleges & universities) & satan himself influenced & won over the cooperation of the killer to take CK out …
NOW - can God Almighty turn a tragic situation around through people submitting to Him, fighting against the evil in this world, & ultimately have good things become of it? yes - James 4:7 declares it … and that’s what we’re seeing now - praise God
