Anybody know if there's anywhere in the general vicinity of Tuscaloosa to shoot skeet/trap? There used to be a guy out in Fosters that had a place setup on his property, but that was 20yrs ago that I went and I don't think he's still open (or even alive, for that matter). Only ones I know of are Pursell and Selwood, but they're a lot farther than I'm willing to drive.
The dove shoot I went to this weekend showed me I've lost my touch. I used to be average and maybe even slightly above average at wing-shooting but Saturday I couldn't hit water if I fell out of a boat. I need some practice

Box of clays a thrower and a buddy are pretty cheap and easy to acquire a good afternoon shooting.
Well, the way I see it is there's just too many assholes

I used to go to Southern Skeet & Trap in Irondale years ago when I shot doves more regularly. It made me a MUCH better shooter improving the consistency of my mount and swing. Always shot from low ready stance.
