I was at my camp working this weekend and had to jump our Ford 4000 tractor. I've been considering a jump box and have heard good things about the NOCO Boost starters. Current battery has 850 CCA. What size NOCO Boost do you think would work?

I like the gb40. Just make sure you get the one with the type c charger though. Some of the older versions have a micro-usb and it takes a lot longer to charge.

Don't know. But I love mine. I like the fact I can unplug clamps and plug in a USB for charging phones etc. or just use it as a light. Have used it way more than I thought I would when I bought it

I have one of the capacitor types that compressses whatever energy is in the weak battery then discharges enough to start car. It’s worked the one time I used it.

Jump Box

I keep one of these in my truck and I've jumped off my dump truck with it.

I use the Noco's and have had good luck with them. Amazon has them on sale occasionally. I think I bought mine on Prime Day.

I have a NOCO and a Shumacher. They both work great on my autos, both will charge a phone or other device and have a light. The Schumacher has longer cables for connecting to an auto battery which I like better. I would highly recommend either one.

My Noco didn't work at all when I needed it. I charged it per instructions when new. Never worked a single time and would not take a charge after the first.

I have one in every vehicle i own. Has got me, and others, out of quite a few pickles. Not sure on the size you would need but you won’t regret having one.

Not a NOCO , but I have a GOOLOO about that size that's great. I've used it several times , a few times on batteries that were completely dead , always worked. I've used it on a 50 HP JD tractor and a 24 volt dozer. 0 complaints.
If you use it on a 24V , check both batteries with a multimeter and hook the jump box to the weakest.

"Why do you ask"?

Too many people spend money they don't have , on things they don't need, to impress people they don't know.
