Say the average is $2,000/month That is $20 BILLION per month of wasted, stolen tax $. Anyone have any idea why is SS going broke?

The only question I have is that is the list of people with active Social Security numbers; which does not mean they are receiving checks? Either way; it obviously needs to be purged. Amazing incompetence in our systems.

SSA official website indicates that there are 73M on some form of social security. The website breaks down the various categories of those rcving benefits.

Funeral directors are required to report deaths. The SSA will not only stop payment, they will withdraw funds for the remaining days of the month after death if payment was already deposited into the account.
