Did anyone mention it’s hot? Killed a big male bobcat this morning and saw a few little bucks chasing does. Shooting house is like a sauna this afternoon.

Went for a walk with my shotgun. Jumped 7 in one greenfield. Decided to swap to my rifle and come sit at another field. 3 in it when I got here. Saw another one while in my truck. Does are moving anyway

Congrats killers! Hav not hunted with my nephew for 20 plus years! He has killed some good deer with me when he was a teenager. He has not shot in years. Got to take him on another guys place yesterday and he saw small buck and 3 does - one of the does did not make it !! 😀
It was a great hunting reunion. Every deer he has shot with me has bang flopped including this one with my old 270 dad gave me 40 years ago! Only a doe but it felt great to us. He wanted to shoot!!
