Sounds like fraternity rush has gotten. Heard an ol country boy talking about going through rush and got to a house where some guys had on camo turkey call hats (Primos) and he asked one if they "speak the language" and the frat guy didn't have a clue what ol boy was talking about. As a former rush chairman, I get it, but dig a little deeper into your perceived "common interest" to be able to at least have a surface conversation about it.
