Thanks for all the advice. Im gonna check them diets out. Im not sure which Lyme disease test. I use the full c pap mask because my nose is constantly stuffy so i switch back and forth at night breathing thru mouth and nose. Im sure not getting to a deep REM sleep and lack of oxygen has to be a huge factor. I forgot to mention iv had tension headaches daily for 6 yrs now. Iv been to several neurologist. Iv tried everything else imaginable for headaches

Get a PCR Lyme test, it detects Lyme dna. The Elisa and Western Blot Lyme tests aren't high percentage reliable. I've dealt with it over 12 years and the sooner you get diagnosed the better your chances for antibiotics to work. I wasn't so lucky and it's been tough. Some only have joint problems with some flu symptoms, which seems to respond to antibiotics if treated early. My issues were more neurological related, also affected my heart, eyes, and gastrointestinal tract. Had Elisa test 4 months after symptoms started and 5 months after I pulled a tick about the size of a poppy seed off me.

Maybe at first but then they break off like your bird dogs when he's eating the expensive dog food.

Agreed. But the paperwork is awful. High protein will take about a square and a half of TP.

Just for giggles, try the carnivore diet for a month. See if it doesn't make a difference. I know I feel much better when I limit my carbs. I have more energy too. You don't have to eliminate vegetables, but fruits probably aren't helpful. Just limit carb intake. The less the better. If you've not had your A1C checked, do so.

With that said, I also take a Vitamin B12 shot. Doc mixes it. Has other things in it but I can't recall at the moment. When I take it, I have much much more energy and clarity than when I don't.

I also have pretty severe foot pain too. The B12 knocks that out too. Don't ask me why, it just does. I did some research and there is evidence that it helps with the pain.

Deal with the Apnea is the solution. Don't and you'll always have the issue and have an earlier death most likely.

Sleep, that is your answer.

Solid advice on the weight, but I recommend getting semiglutide and start using it.

You can order it online and give yourself injections.

PM me if you need some details/websites.

Get a neilmed sinugator and flush out your sinuses with lukewarm distilled water and their mix. Thats one of the best things ive used. I used it every other day for about a month. Much less snoring now. I now only use it about once a week.

Look at yourself and ask where I am headed in 10-20 years if I don't adapt to what my body is telling me. Op, you may need to get some good sleep medicine if it can help. I would really want to know why I couldn't sleep. It may be a simple fix like a snore mouthpiece device, nose surgery, using CPAP, or whatever. A CPAP may be the answer I would just want to know why I didn't breathe right at night. A real good ENT doctor would be one of my first choices if the family doctor couldn't figure it out quick. Without sleep your body falls apart quick, especially the older we get. Our body produces and controls things like cholesterol and insulin, as we get older it may not produce as much or can get out of balance. Sleep is where a lot of the chemicals are controlled by the brain to substain daytime activity. I think a high protien diet is good, but fruit and vegetables are needed for the fiber. Instead of all meat a cheaper fix may be to add a of mix of some beans for protein into your daily regime. A little bread with mostly whole grains on occasion may be ok. Your body may be telling you to slow down a little and try to eat better quality food too.
