I saw recently that Georgia was using hard card license purchases to fund marketing for out of state hunters and influencers. Anyone know if AL is doing the same? Makes me want to not purchase the hard card anymore.

Where I hunt service is spotty at best. I was always under the impression the card is one thing, but you have to keep the paper copy in your possession too, and keep it filled out, with the number you get from submitting to game check?
