Why the heck do they even keep on making dates after long periods of time like 10-20yrs? Month in jail here and there bout it… what a joke.. THAT IS ALL

Atleast they are doing something. My ex wife died earlier this year owing me over 70k in back child support. Had a couple of court appearances but didn’t pay for almost 25 years and never spent a minute in jail because of it.

I think he means his wife has an ex-husband who has not paid child support in 15 years and only gets arrested for failure to pay ever so often and she finally told the court what she thinks about it.

This My aunts baby daddy owes that much in back time support… been to court for 15 years and she finally had enough of their crap. Told the judge she was done coming to court, if they had any money for her send it by mail she didn’t care.. the dude hasn’t seen em in 12 years. And that’s just for her 2 kids, the other lady with his kids didn’t even come this time…

They will take your driver's license, income tax refund and garnish wages and lock you up. Can never own anything.
Dude should have signed his rights over unless I'm missing something
I could take my kids mom to court but I saw how the court system strongly favored the mom over me repeatedly and after all the unfair stuff the judge allowed her to get away with during divorce and custody battle, I said id take my boy and never step foot back into the government building again. They're all about the women and piss on the dads. I had a great lawyer and she had no lawyer. I had a redhead judge that was beautiful. So I knew she was crazy.

Mine was taken out of my check every pay period but my employer didn’t send it in. Ex says something about it after 5 years and I have to pay it all over again because my employer had gone out of business. Not to mention my daughter never saw the checks anyway they went straight to her moms drug habit. Only time I ever got any satisfaction was in court when she tried to have it increased once. They ended up cutting it 20 bucks a month lol. Yes it’s a damn racket

Had a woman friend who was in court with deadbeat exhusband that never paid. Judge tells my friend, what do you want me to do? I can't lock up everybody. SOB still didn't pay anything, but could afford a girlfriend who came to court with him
