Babysitting the dogs, that is the worst excuse I have ever heard for not going hunting.

Jeff, you hear anything?

To be fair and honest I was just with some friends. We have never hunted there nor ever killed birds there till then. We was just walking, calling, listening. Only one we heard. One of them seen some birds there during deer season and thought we would give it a try.

I would expect him to update scores soon.

I have to apologize guys because I can't seem to add any points to the board. I had one located and gobbling in the national forest in Tuskeegee. Low and behold here comes a 250 lb turkey running thru the hollow trying to get in on the hunt. mad I tried to flag him down and he just kept getting it. He was breathing so hard I thought he was going to have a heart attack. The turkey shut up and moved on. Passed the guy on the road as I was headed home. I'll just get after it a little harder cause I'm running out of time.

Thats going to happen on public access land. Hope you get on em thick soon. All it takes is a few good mornings to have a excellent turkey season.

Good luck
