Maybe he’ll pipe up. I’ll be ready to plant mast and fruit trees come February or sooner. If we don’t hear from here, I’ll post any leads I get. Wildlife group and ordering is my fall back.

I'm here!

I grew dunstan chestnuts again this year. They are 15/16th american chestnut/chinese hybrids, strong, fast growing trees that often produce nuts in 5 years. Best planted in groups of 5 (for pollination and nut production) with 25' spacing. Fall is a great time to plant. They are ready to go in the ground as soon as we get some rain. The majority are around 18-24".

$20 each in quantities of 5-25
$15 each in quantities of 25-60
$10 each in quantities of 60 or more

I am in Scottsboro, but can ship bareroot trees as well. Thanks y'all.

I can vouch for his trees and delivery. I bought five about a little over a year ago. They were shipped to me. They’re all doing great.

Glad to hear they are doing great. Thanks for the kind words Rich. Your checks in the mail. ha.

I only raise the dunstans. My trees started producing at 3 & 4 years old and it's a little side project the kids help with throughout the year to learn a bit about nature, working hard, and the value of a dollar.

Goose, where did you get your little black things that you have them growing in? I've got about 25-30 dunstan chestnuts from the trees I bought a few years again. I'm going to try and sprout them.
