I cooked some serious burgers and hot dogs Saturday before the AU game. We're eating those leftovers.

I bought a bunch of shrimp from Willingham's when we were on vacation. We boiled some last night and the leftovers are in a shrimp and sausage gumbo with fresh okra and bell pepper from the garden. Boneless chicken breast on the smoker. The Mrs. made a peanut butter pie.

I ran out of charcoal last night cooking the Kafta meatballs, so I think I'm going to grill steaks on our little vintage cast iron hibachi over some oak coals May even cook the potatoes in the coals if I feel adventurous. Mrs. Irish will be sliding into home base with a nice Greek or garden salad and some homemade dressing. Maybe a little Breyers All Natural Vanilla for desert.

Right now we're about to head up to see my buddy and his wife and I'm bringing a bottle of 14 year old Glenmorangie Scotch to sip on while we chat on the back deck.

Full fledge breakfast this morning followed by Hawaiian and Pepperoni brick oven pizzas for lunch. Going to finish the night off with Grilled Lamb Chops, Pan Seared Snapper, Risotto and Tiramisu for desert.

Jk I ain’t cooked any of that but that’s todays meal/dinner plan. Wife and I are at Sandals in Grenada. They are pretty good at feeding a fat kid..
