There is no stamp for dove hunting.
Only for waterfowl hunting and some other migratory birds, like rails that fall under the waterfowl seasons.
But, no, you're right. No stamp for doves. Just the HIP permit.

I'm anti baiting and I'll never buy a baiting permit. If somebody is baiting the woods I hunt and I get a ticket, I guess I'll just have to go before the judge. It ain't right that a man be forced to go against his principals to be legal.

Anddddd the fees have increased. $17.55 for bait fee, have to pay to nighthunt coyotes and hogs, this is horsesh**. i had to go back and look because mine was higher last year as well it was $16.35
