just noticed some of the corp of Engineers land in the Alabama river lakes Mobile district now have antler restrictions.

"Antler Restrictions are in effect for Dannelly East Bank, Dannelly West Bank, Shell Creek, Chilatchee, and Portland. Bucks harvested must
have a 16 inch inside spread or one side having a 18 inch main beam."

I wonder why it is just for these specific properties. I hope the other properties do not follow this in the future.

Spread (air) and antler restrictions do not go together.
