I just started my out of shape self walking, and I need something that I can carry easily in my pocket with "running" style shorts. Any of Y'all have experience with either of these?

Got an LC9 for my wife. She doesn't much like it but I do. She'd rather carry my Taurus G3C. I don't have anything in .380 but if you're looking for tiny lightweight concealment with a little more punch, look at a Diamondback DB9. I forget it's in my pocket.

LCP will fit in your back pocket like a slim wallet.
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

the first one has a stronger trigger which I would prefer on a pocket gun with no safety, only good for shooting 10ft anyways. LCR is the one i would get in 5 shot.

It's so easy to slide a LCP into any pocket.

I have an lcp and a G42. I prefer the Glock by far. If you put a technaclip on it, you can stick it in the waistband of your running shorts no problem.

Check out the M & P Bodyguard 380.......Same size as the LCP but has a safety. I liked the Ruger but was worried that it had no safety.

I got a lcp2 thats I carry sometimes. It came with a laser and desantis holster. To me it makes a perfect pocket gun. If Im gonna carry a gun bigger than that, I carry a g42 in the waistband. I do have a NAA that is actually better for pocket carry, but in my opinion, its to small for gunfighting.

I have both and carry both, the LCPII is what you want. It’s the smallest.

The 2 is easier to tote but the max holds more rounds of .380 which you'll need. I'd go with the Max 9 ruger.

I have the LCP II in both .380 and .22LR.
For your application, I recommend the .22LR version. 10 shot (vs 6), lighter, and I actually shoot the .22LR better than the .380. YMMV.

LCP Max. You won’t know its there. Has better sights than the LCP 2 and very accurate for a pocket pistol.

I carry a Glock 42. Easily carries in your pocket.

I have both and carry both, the LCPII is what you want. It’s the smallest. Do you notice a difference between the two when you pocket carry? From what I've read, they weigh about the same. Thanks!

The max is a little bigger and thicker. They can both be carried in the back pocket, but I always reach for the LCP II. The max feels like it’s not made as well imo also. I’ll keep both though. I can sit on the LCP II and not even know it’s there.
