I think he needs to be more creative. For instance, why not have Texas DPS stop these buses transporting illegals from the border, and doing safety checks, and writing tickets?
Why not arrest the drivers for human trafficking?
Run drug dogs around the buses and then say they hit on it, and impound it to search it? Disrupt the process. Have national guard set up check points on roads leading away from the border and not allow the buses to pass?
Play dirty like the Dems do.
