If any of y'all have done a cargo trailer conversion to a camper please post pictures and give me any advice that you may have. I have acquired a 14x7 V-nose. trailer that I am going to convert into a toy hauler. Right now I have a cot in it, it is un insulated. I want to be able to sleep 4 people in it. I also want to still be able to use the trailer as a cargo trailer and be able to haul an atv. So I want all the beds to be easily removed or fold up. This will be a project I work on through the years. I would just like to hear/see what others have done on here.

At the price of the wall tent in the other thread, I'd use the trailer to haul my gear that goes inside the wall tent.

I have kicked around the idea of doing it just ain't yet I have had what I think are good ideas but most of mine won't work with a v nose
I would insulate the walls and ceiling to begin with

I’ve got a 16’ v nose I had custom built at “colony cargo trailers” in Fitzgerald, GA. I had it mad 6’6” tall since I’m 6’4”. Had insulation installed in roof and walls. 30 amp electrical. Combo heat/a/c on top instead of vent. RV door on front right side. Window on left side.
Spring assist back door. D rings in floor. Electric brakes. Added a water tank. Propane buddy heater. 2 deep cycle batteries. Can switch between batteries and 2000 watt Honda generator.
Built a single wide bed that hinges up to wall to allow 4wheeler entry. Tamndom axel. Tows great.
Sleeping 4 and storing gear would be a challenge. Does great for me and my stuff.

I slept in my enclosed trailer at the MX track several times. I took the latching handles off so no jackass could lock me into my own trailer lol.

If you are on Insta Gram....go follow enzycampers. That is what they do. Have a ton of ideas/videos/conversions. I have a 7X14 Tandem axle that I'm getting ready to convert. The possibilities are endless.
