First hunt of the season sitting in a hardwood flat with a creek in front of me. Busted one coming in but it never really blew out of here. Acorns dropping but not raining them. I’ll be waiting on that monster since it’s Halloween. Disclaimer... after seeing the price of meat yesterday Ol slickhead had better come through here with caution.

I haven’t even shot my bow this year with everything going on at work and at the house. Good luck fellas!! Not the only one. 2 year old and a 7 month old. Teach and Coach basketball. Go when I can. Before long, them youngins are going with me.

Went to a ladderstand in the hardwoods this morning. Saw an assload of deer but all were well out of range. One was a shonuff stud. Had to come down just before 10 to go buy my wife a new car. My ass is sore now. Bad time to be purchasing a vehicle.
