Looking at getting a Deep South Products MK6 or Thumperfab level 2 audio roof for a ranger 1000 crew. Anybody have any experience with these or any other brands? If I’m gonna spend 4k on a top I want to hear all the opinions I can.

I have a friend who took his can am to Sounds Great in Hoover. They did a custom install.It sounds better than any top that I’ve heard. Whatever you do, consider a subwoofer as an add on.

Probox is top notch also. http://probox.com/It doesn’t have a radio though. Streaming only. I always have my phone so that doesn’t affect me.

I have a probox top on our 1000xp and it is worth every penny….don’t have to worry about strapping it down while towing, only one connection to the battery, everything enclosed, lights are very bright and speakers are nice. Only other brand I would consider is thumperfab.

Front and back light bars, 2 pods on each side, front and rear dome lights, 4 kicker speakers, radio/aux/bluetooth with 4 channel amp. So far I’m extremely pleased.

Dang it. That's nice. Never had a need for audio, but the lights and rack on top are really handy.

Better put a at least 30” tires on that party wagon before you go off-road. That wiener dog will get hung up on a tall water bar. You can run 30” tires without a lift and 32” with just forward A-arms.

The stock 27s do 95% of what I need them to do but I do have a set of 30s on the way.
