Got a bunch from my teenage years that’s been collecting dust for a long time. Is there anywhere around the Bham metro area that buys used CD’s or is there even a market for them anymore? Or, are these just garage sale items now?

Maybe pawn shops? I still have over 200 cassettes and 200 CDs that I hate to get rid of.

Amazingly I still have a CD player in my truck and will pull out old stuff and force the children to listen to it!

I have bunches of CD's and cassettes, but only one very old cassette player and a couple of old cd players. I hate to get rid of all that great music but at the same time its just junk collecting dust.

I tried to sale a bunch at a yard sale, nobody wanted them. Ended up giving away some and the rest went in the haul to the dump trailer.

I see them at flea markets for a dollar a piece. I bet if you found a seller at a flea market, they would give you something for the lot.

I can't imagine there's much of a market for them, but I may be wrong. They just don't have the allure, of something like, Records.

I have 100 or so I just came across I have in a big tower stand case in my storage unit... told my wife to post on facebook to see if there were any takers. We will see... I don't want to move them again, we listen to everything we like on phones, but DANG I have some great music ( and never thought CD's would be obsolete).

Upload them to iTunes and then to your phone. I have days worth of music on my phone no matter if I have a signal or not.

Definitely rip them to your computer, but with todays streaming services you can pretty much play any song you want anytime.
