As kids we could ride bicycles all day. What happened? I ride for 3 or 4 miles now I need medical help.

As kids we could ride bicycles all day. What happened? I ride for 3 or 4 miles now I need medical help. That’s what I was telling my buddies when we were down there. If I had been about 20 years younger I would have rode non stop to the other end of the island 9 miles away without a second thought lol.
