So I got a picture of another dumbass poacher today. I don’t know how to post a picture on here so if you can help me post it, I would love to post a picture of this dumb ass! By the way, if you were poaching off of Elvira Road today near the new Blackridge neighborhood in Hoover, you are about to get real embarrassed on this forum! You also are about to get a visit from the Jefferson County Game Wardens! Just so you Poachers know, game camera pictures are admissible evidence in prosecution.

He isn’t waving. He is smoking a cigarette and just spotted the camera. He is probably trying to decide if he is going to steal the camera or not. He didn’t see the camera on his way in but damn sure saw it on the way out. This area has been plagued by poachers a long time. This dumbass is toting a high powered rifle within a few hundred yards of thousands of homes. Talk about someone from the shallow end of the gene pool!

If u get a cell cam - stick it in main road if u got one main road to enter and u can keep check and see when he enters and hav warden go in on him

He is coming in off HWY 52 into Elvira Road. They saw a white pickup parked off that road today. I spoke to the game warden tonight. They are opening up a case on him already. The two new game wardens in Jefferson county are all over it. These guys do not play around. I have been impressed with both of them so far.
