[I'm looking for one person to join small piece of property here in Wilmer Al.Im very easy to get along with so would want this person to be easy to get along with also.This piece of property is a little over 200 acres and me and a buddy of mine has hunted it for three years this year.Plenty of deer on the property for sure,some of the property needs work but that without saying most need work every year right.But anyway my buddy is not going to be hunting with me next year and I really hate to say goodbye to him,but he got a great job opportunity in Florida,so he told me to be looking on this site to see if anyone is interested in joining us.Please let me know,and I can show you the property.The price is going to be half of whatever it takes to release the property plus the cost of any other supplies we may need such as corn for the feeders,and seed and tractor rental.Although I would prefer someone to join that has a tractor and implements.Have a great day and happy hunting.

Still looking for one person to help with the property this year, either the person can pay someone to do the things we want done this year as the cost of hunting,or do it themselves, plenty of deer on the property.We want the person to fix a couple of spots on the road,and plant a few spots on the road we plant every year.And then next year it'll be me and whomever gets the spot,202 acres of land three shooting house's, two ladder stands,and a blind ,plenty of feeders ready for use.
