Yup red snapper over ratedd imo I'll agree. They are good but there are several species that make better table fare. There's still a few I haven't tried but to me Trigger is hard to beat.

Here’s a pro tip. Never put a finger in the mouth of any salt water fish. And yes I’ll take Mangrove over Red as well.
