Wife wants me to air fryer some for dinner. Any suggestions or anybody done it? How did it turn out and what did you use.

It's dang good in an air fryer! I normally get the frozen packs from publix. Cut em into chunks. Mix in a little egg wash. 50/50 crushed Ritz crackers and flour. Little nature's and Tony's. Put a little peanut oil in the fryer and don't crowd the pot. Good stuff and it re heats in the air fryer really well.
