I bought this for my daughter she has a smaller atv, but is is a bit heavy for her, so I believe I will let it go. It is perfect everything is operational and I have never seen a old fourtrax in better condition. Brakes work perfect and it will carry my 215 pound self anywhere. I would like to get 800 out of it, I am replacing the front tires other than that it is unreal.. I would trade for a possible 90cc youth atv or small atv bigger that a 90 and of course trade for a gun. I can’t ever get the pic on the post, but click the link. https://imgur.com/gallery/lX7190T

My cousin had one of these growing up. More than once the engine locked up on him and when I checked the oil it would have none showing on the stick. We would add oil and let it cool down. The thing would start back and run like nothing happened. It was unbelievably tough and fitting for a boy who could tear up an anvil with a feather.

I love how all machines from that era end up with those exact same back tires. I have them on my 85’ Suzuki 185 atv down in the basement GLWS

I love how all machines from that era end up with those exact same back tires. I have them on my 85’ Suzuki 185 atv down in the basement GLWS Yep, either those on the back or "Wooly Boogers"......I think the ones like on OP's 4 wheeler were made out of steel or something because I don't think I ever saw a pair worn down...and we rode ours on the blacktop as much as off-road.

We started with 2 of those in Dallas County. Bought a 150 a couple of years later, and would fight over who got to ride the "Big" machine. I don't know how many nights I've chugged up the highway with 1 person driving and one guy sitting behind him on top of 2 or 3 deer, both of us praying one of the early evening drunks didn't run us over flyng up the curves.
