Also says he will end sale of online ammo and firearm parts.

I don't agree with Joe's view points on gun laws and restrictions. But which passage would take away my guns? I see I would have to register an AR under the National Firearms Act but I could keep the gun. Can you post the part were they would take my guns... I don't see it?

I don't think you'll ever see them try to go full-confiscation...at least not in my or your lifetime. I think what we'll see is them regulating/taxing them to death, piece by piece. Expanding NFA, taxing guns/ammo until the average joe simply can't afford it or make it so much of a headache most just say to hell with it.

Honestly, I think that's a lot more scary than trying to implement an outright confiscation, because a lot of folks will just shrug and say "oh well"....and they'll get away with it a lot more easily than they would trying to take them all up

You would either have to pay the $200 tax stamp on each "assault weapon" (what ever that may mean at the time, could be a 10/22 for all I know) and register it under the NFA or sell it to the government.

So your options would be 'registration' or 'sell it to the government'.
