Well I hae been on hold now for ever and have not talked to a person yet. Just gone through the menu to get to where I hold. I hope there service department is better and quicker. Any one have any experience with them?

Yes I have. I was not put on hold very long but did get everything fixed within 2 weeks after shipping mine to them and getting a new one back. I have called upon them several times with no problem.

Yeah, I have two of their GPS units and while I like them I won't buy anything else from them after dealing last week with their sorry attitude.

Well if you own a Lowrance product that is 5 years old than they cannot fix it. They say they can't get the parts because its out of date. I think thats a bunch of bull crap they just want me to buy another. My next one will be a hummingbird!

I hate to hear y'all are having that bad luck. A guy in my bass club told me he had the same problem.....twice with their customer service. That's why I bought 2 Humminbirds in the end. Good luck getting your problems squared away.

My fishing partner went ape chit on them about two weeks ago. He bought a GPS last April and it quit working. Called them up and the guy told him that it was out of warranty. Said it had a 1 year warranty, but that started from the date it was shipped to the dealer. He pretty much told them they had lost their minds and to get someone else on the phone. 45 minutes later, the guy who put him on hold tried to come back on the phone and pretend to be his supervisor. My buddy ripped him a new one and finally got the super. He agreed to let him send in the unit and they would send a new one back. So far, haven't seen it.
