Anyone have any advice on lightbars? I am worried that when I order one, the brackets won't match up on my UTV. I am planning on mounting it on top.

Given the question and appears to be limited fabrication choices, how about a model and year of your UTV.

I have a neat tool for that. It's called a drill. 🤔
I hate making a good first impression. There’s no way I can keep that shit up.

Axia Alloys sells brackets to fit anything.
Rigid makes the best lights. Others are cheaper, but they need to be because they go out so often. Not hard to find Rigid on sale or clearance.

Last place I’d want a light bar is mounted on top so a branch can rip it off. But that’s just me, to each his own. Good luck!

I have a 2015 Gator and installed LED’S a few years ago and finding mounting options that would work on my brush guard was exhausting. All lights are essentially the same but the price goes up when the mounting options get better.

If you are mounting it to the top of the roll bar then I suggest the absolute cheapest light you can find because it won’t last long.

I bought a 2020 ranger back in March. Didn’t realize light light bar brackets etc were basically non existent beyond what was offered by the OEM. I bought a little square tube steel and fabricated one. Much cheaper and it’s the way I want or plan to use it. I did a rear bar and light for working or loading stuff, hopefully deer after the afternoon hunts.

I had this same issue with my 2020 Ranger XP 1000 and I went with a 50” curved front light bar from Rough Country. It is made specifically for the Ranger and comes with the mounting brackets, wiring harness and switch. It mounts just below the front lip of the roof, so it is more protected than mounting it on top of the cab. I bought the black series, single row and it is extremely bright at just over 19,000 Lumens.

And yes, the rear window can still be removed ![[Linked Image]](https://i.postimg.cc/br82yb3P/ACA51668-73-F3-4058-A498-8852-ECB1-DC83.jpg)
