Pro tip: use good batteries
Pro pro tip: Set to transfer pictures once to twice daily now to conserve battery usage. Once the rut starts to fire up set transfer times to each picture.

Pro tip: run some mayonnaise across the top of your corn pile and you’ll get twice as many pics.

Now corn and rice bran are one thing to give out of my food stocks but Kraft Real Mayonnaise is just too far. Nope won’t be giving them the good stuff. They can have that Miracle Whip Salad Dressing but the Kraft will stay in the fridge.

Use only lithium batteries. This goes for any brand camera though. Improves overall functionality and way longer life. Cost more but well worth it. you’d be shocked at the difference.

Threw mine away due to poor water seal. I drowned mine in rising creek water for a few hours and it went another 3 weeks before crapping out. I warrantied it and got a new one.

Use only lithium batteries. This goes for any brand camera though. Improves overall functionality and way longer life. Cost more but well worth it. you’d be shocked at the difference. I use a 12V sealed lead acid battery and the external power port. Last longer and rechargeable but is more bulky.

Poor cell reception unless you hang it on a cell tower

I just bought two to see how they work. I have had only used Spartan cameras in the past and have 6 of them. But, decided to try the spypoint because they are so much cheaper. We will see, some people like them some hate them.

I just got 2 of the tactacam reveal cameras. Much better than my spypoints. The reveals are twice the camera for less money. Better pic quality and reception is much better. They are $89 right now if you buy from sportsmans guide.
